Redesign of the Made it (ru. Всё сдал) website, which helps students with assignments and operates in the CIS region.
How it works: Customers (students) post their assignments with a price and description. Then, freelancers respond to the job, and the client selects the preferred freelancer.

My research centered on the design concept, aiming to revitalise the site's appearance without altering the flow. The goal was not to improve the user experience but to enhance the visual appeal, making it more modern and relevant for the target audience – students.
Despite my focus being on UI, I still needed to conduct a mini-research and understand the task. For this, I identified the roles (i.e., who uses the site) and the needs. To simplify my task, I focused on just one role, the customer role, and though what needs might a customer have. I got these:
