The Quanta web application is a tool designed to organize team work and track time. The app was not yet in wide production, with only a few people having used it before I joined the project. The plan was to redesign key functions and then launch it for a larger audience.

My tasks included

Design the timer;
Create a design system with tokens for use by other developers and designers;
Design adaptive versions for mobile and tablet;
Design the Feature Section for the marketing page;
Communicate directly with the stakeholder and the developer;
Justify my decisions to the stakeholder.
